Update on State Questions 780 & 781 For Criminal Justice reform
Since I last wrote to you, thousands more Oklahomans have pledged their support to get State Questions 780 & 781 on the ballot this November! Oklahomans all across the state from Guthrie to Muskogee to Chickasha have added their names. We’re really close to getting the signatures we need to get criminal justice reform on the ballot, but need your to help get this across the finish line. Forward this email to 5 friends and ask them to commit to sign the petition today. Here’s what you need to tell them:
DOC announment regarding OSR & work release centers
DOC will be moving OSR (Granite) inmates to Sayre.They will be leasing Sayre from CCA. They will then close 15 work release centers and move those inmates to OSR. This will be happening really quickly
